What services do you provide?

We offer a full range of cleaning and janitorial services, including general office cleaning, commercial and residential floor care, construction cleanup, and rental/lease cleanup.

What areas do you service?

Many of our customers are local to our Collegeville location, with offices in Norristown, Conshohocken, King of Prussia, and Malvern. However, we provide cleaning and janitorial service in many areas of eastern Pennsylvania including Lansdale, Audubon, Downingtown, and Lafayette Hill.

Are you insured?

Yes! DeMedio's Building Maintenance is bonded and insured. Our insurance company can even provide a Certificate of Insurance via fax or email within a short period of time (even if special wording is required!)

Do you outsource or use other firms to complete the work?

No. When you call DeMedio's, we respond and our responsible employees perform the work. We never subcontract our services to other companies. Because our employees have a direct interest in the company, they care greatly about the detail and quality of our work. If any question or problem should arise, we have first-hand knowledge of the situation and can respond to it personally and immediately.

How often is office cleaning recommended?

How often does your trash need to be emptied? If you notice that cans are full within two days of being emptied, we recommend having your facility cleaned two or three times per week. Accumulated trash can cause dusty desks and dirty floors. In addition, bathrooms should be cleaned regularly for the health and safety of employees and to prevent unsightly appearances. Overall, however, the frequency is up to you: whatever you feel will give your clients and employees the impression that you care about your building's appearance. We can provide cleaning services nightly, 2-3 times/week, bi-weekly, monthly, or whatever fits your needs.
